About the location of the project

Often referred to as a “neighborhood of Athens,” Zografou is an independent municipality with around 75,000 residents, bordered by the popular districts of Pagrati, Ambelokipi, Ilisia, and Goudi. The area is widely known for being home to the University of Athens, one of the largest universities in Greece with over 70,000 students — creating a lively, youthful, and diverse community of students, young couples, local families, and digital nomads. Zografou is extremely well-connected to the rest of Athens through an extensive bus network, and the new metro extension (Line 4) expected to be completed in 2028 — will further enhance its accessibility and value. At the center of the neighborhood, you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants, and vibrant social spots, making Zografou one of Athens’ most dynamic and investment-worthy areas.
