Beta Real Estate has been leading urban renewal in Athens since 2018.

We specialize in identifying older buildings in emerging areas of the city and upgrading them into high-quality assets, with a strong focus on smart living and hospitality-driven development. Our core activity takes place in Athens, supported by a local team that has lived and breathed the city for over seven years, bringing deep, hands-on knowledge of the Greek market in all its layers. Our unique model offers a complete end-to-end service, from property sourcing, through planning and value enhancement processes, to full property management and maintenance.

With over 40 projects successfully delivered and hundreds of apartments under our management, totaling approximately €100 million in value, we have developed a methodology that creates real economic value for investors while setting a new benchmark for the urban living experience. Our Story

In late 2018, as Athens began emerging from the shadows of the economic crisis, we identified opportunity within the city’s historic streets. With modest initial capital and a clear vision, we made our first acquisitions, which quickly turned into a success story. Growing demand from friends and family seeking similar opportunities motivated us to establish Beta, with the goal of turning the dream of owning an apartment in Europe into an accessible reality.

Beta was founded by Elazar, Yudik, and Harel — longtime friends who share a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for real estate and urban development.
Their journey together began years before Beta was established, driven by a mutual vision to create meaningful, high-quality projects that combine smart investment with modern living.

Their connection to Athens started through a joint business venture that led to an extended stay in the city. Captivated by its culture, architecture, and unique urban rhythm, they decided to invest in local properties for themselves and their families. What began as a personal experience soon evolved into a professional mission — turning their shared passion into a company that redefines urban living in Greece.

He brings extensive experience in deal analysis, market positioning, and sales strategy, bridging investment opportunities with real market demand across different geographies.

Elazar plays a central role in shaping BETA’s commercial strategy, translating market insights into scalable sales processes and consistent transaction performance.

Harel Ravins

Co-Founder, Partner & CEO

Harel is the CEO and a co-founder of BETA, responsible for the company’s execution, delivery, and day-to-day operations.
Coming from hands-on execution and implementation backgrounds, he ensures that strategic plans are translated into clear processes, timelines, and results.

Harel leads the operational teams with a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and on-the-ground performance, forming the backbone of BETA’s ability to execute complex real estate projects at scale.

Yodik is a co-founder and managing partner at BETA, leading the group’s business development, acquisitions and strategic.
Based in Athens, he is responsible for deal sourcing, structuring, negotiations, and closings, while overseeing legal processes and cross-border operations between Greece, Israel, and international markets.
